Inked shoot - behind the scenes!

We started our shoot in Carlsbad where I shot a tiny amount of video footage of Jamie Thomas and James Brockman in between photo taking.

The following black and white images shot by one half our production team, Pia Arrobio.


The following day, we shot for hours and hours at the Deathwish warehouse and then scooted up the hill to capture Antwuan and the Hollywood sign.


Thanks to DJ for getting us as close as possible without trespassing.

Richie Belton out-take shot on Mulholland Drive. I was inspired to shoot at this particular location by the classic, 'Decline of Western Civilization Part II: The Metal Years,' specifically by the scenes featuring Lemmy. Thanks to Reda's friend, Steve I was able to locate it!

I spent 5 days in Los Angeles recently photographing skateboarders with tattoos for the newest issue of Inked. Keep checking back as I have a TON of out takes and behind the scenes shots to post.
